Recommended Uses

• Koicha (thick matcha): 4 g per 40 ml of water
• Usucha (light matcha): 2 g per 80 ml of water
• Pure tasting : ideal for discovering the true taste of Japan

Recommended preparation

1. Sift 1 to 2 g of Meiko™ matcha
2. Add 70–80 ml of water at 75–80°C
3. Whisk with a bamboo chasen until you obtain a creamy foam
