We ship your orders within 24 to 48 hours after validation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Indicative deadlines:

• Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 working days
• European Union: 4 to 7 working days
• Monaco & Switzerland: 3 to 6 working days

Tracking your order

As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the progress of your package in real time.

Return Policy

You have 14 days after receipt to return your products to us if they do not give you complete satisfaction.
