China has a great diversity of terroirs and processing methods,
which gives rise to very different teas, ranging from delicate and floral teas to powerful and fermented teas.
How to prepare Chinese tea?
Each tea requires a specific infusion: green teas between 70–80°C,
Oolong teas around 85–90°C, Pu-erh with hotter water.
