The art of tasting
Misaki™ is designed for connoisseurs: its aromatic richness is revealed in the Koicha (thick preparation), the heart of the tea ceremony ( Chanoyu ). It is also perfect in Usucha for a light cup, rich in umami and elegance.
Recommended preparation
- Sift 2 to 4 g of Misaki™
- Add 40 to 80 ml of water at 70–75°C
- Whisk with a bamboo chasen until you obtain a creamy foam
