Brewing timer

4 to 5 minutes is enough to extract the fruitiness without hardening the black tea base. Beyond that, the cup gains body.

CompositionAn organic blend of real fruits

Everything is from organic farming: Assam black tea, strawberry, elderberry berry, redcurrant, raspberry, blackberry, rose petals, and natural strawberry and blackcurrant flavors. No artificial flavoring.

The base: a smooth Assam

I chose a black Assam tea round enough to carry the fruits without overpowering them. It provides structure and a slight malty note that supports the indulgent side.

The red fruit spirit

Strawberry, blackcurrant, elderberry, and raspberry create a tangy and sweet bouquet, while rose petals add a delicate floral touch at the finish.

ExpertiseDesigned for pleasure, hot or iced

It’s a treat tea, easy to love and without bitterness if the temperature is respected. I wanted it to be versatile: comforting in winter, refreshing in summer as an iced version.

TipsMy extraction protocol

As a hot cup

2.5 to 3 g for 250 ml of water at 90-95°C, 4 to 5 minutes. You get a fruity and rounded cup, without bitterness.

As iced tea

Double the amount, brew for 5 minutes, remove the leaves, let cool, then pour over ice cubes. A slice of lemon or some fresh fruit enhances it all.

The art of sharing: this colorful blend makes a spectacular homemade iced tea in a carafe, perfect for summer entertaining.
