CompositionThe floral and fruity balance

Juliette’s structure rests on a light vegetal base, allowing the floral and fruity notes to express themselves without excessive sweetness.

The white tea base

The young white tea leaves, very lightly oxidized, offer a silky texture and moderate the theine content. They guarantee a smooth liquor, free of harsh tannins.

The aromatic harmony

The rose petals define the floral guideline, while the raspberry and vanilla bring a gourmet roundness at the finish. The marigold flowers visually enrich the blend.

Know-howMy selection for a clear tea

I selected this composition to offer a flavored drink that remains straightforward. The flavors accompany the white tea, they do not overpower it.

Reference preparation

I recommend a moderate temperature of 70°C to preserve the delicacy of the white tea and its aromas. Use 2.5 grams of blend for 250 ml of water. Let infuse for 5 minutes covered.

Variations

  • For a lighter taste: Lower the water to 65°C and limit the infusion to 3 or 4 minutes to soften the floral profile.
  • Summer iced tea: Let 10g of tea steep in one liter of cold water in the refrigerator for a few hours. A refreshing drink where raspberry will fully express itself.
💡 The art of sharing: Juliette tea iced is an excellent alternative to syrups. Share this cold infusion with your loved ones during summer heat.
FAQFrequently Asked Questions
Palate Is this white tea very fragrant?

The aromatic profile remains clear and moderate. Rose and raspberry accompany the white tea base without ever overpowering it, avoiding the artificial scent effect often criticized in flavored teas.

Evening Can I drink Juliette tea in the evening?

Yes. Its base of white tea, very lightly oxidized, and the moderate infusion temperature ensure a low caffeine level, perfectly suited for the end of the day.

Temperature What water temperature should I use if I don’t have an adjustable kettle?

If you can’t reach 70°C, boil your water then let it rest for 5 to 7 minutes in the open kettle before pouring it over the leaves.
