I selected this infusion for an obvious reason: the vine peach is the fruit of late summer, the one you still eat warm from the sun. Set on a base of naturally sweet and round rooibos, with grape, apple, and pink pepper to enhance it, it gives a golden, generous, and caffeine-free cup — perfect from morning to night.

Steeping timer

Rooibos and dried fruits like a long steep: 8 to 10 minutes at full boil so that the peach and grape fully express themselves. Good news: rooibos never becomes bitter, even if you forget the cup for a few minutes.

CompositionRooibos, peach, grape & pink pepper

Apple, natural rooibos, grape (grape, vegetable oil), carrot, natural flavor, marigold flowers, pink pepper, peach (2%).

Rooibos as the base

South African rooibos brings its characteristic woody sweetness and naturally sweet roundness. Without any bitterness, it forms a perfect setting for the fruits — it supports them without ever overpowering.

Peach, grape & the pink pepper touch

Apple and grape build the fruity sweetness of the cup; peach signs the identity, sunny and velvety on the finish. Pink pepper is the surprise: it brings a slight spicy warmth at the end that awakens the cup and gives it character without making it sharp. Calendula flowers and carrot complete with a sweet and slightly earthy note.

ExpertiseThe fruity infusion for everyone, anytime

What convinced me about Pêche de Vigne is its total accessibility: caffeine-free, no possible bitterness, with an immediately appealing fruity palette. It’s the infusion I serve without hesitation at the table to guests who don’t drink tea — they always ask for more.

For whom?

  • For the evening: caffeine-free, it naturally fits after dinner or at bedtime.
  • For the family: suitable for all ages, without stimulants, without added sugar.
  • For summer: iced in a carafe, it is a great alternative to commercial sugary drinks.

TipsMy extraction protocol

Hot cup

4 g for 250 ml of water at 100°C, 8 to 10 minutes. Rooibos and fruit pieces need time to release all their aromas. The cup should be a beautiful golden red, with a strong peach scent right from the first sip.

Iced infusion

Double the dosage (8 g / 250 ml), brew for 10 minutes at 100°C, strain and let cool. Pour over ice cubes. The peach and grape intensify in the cold version — the cup becomes lively and refreshing. A few fresh grape berries as decoration enhance the summery feel.

The pairing of the moment: in a carafe with fresh peach slices and a sprig of thyme. Served at the table during a summer meal, it always surprises with its finesse and naturalness.
FAQFrequently Asked Questions
Theine Does it contain theine?

No. The rooibos base is naturally free of theine and caffeine. Suitable to drink at any time, including in the evening.

Pepper Does pink pepper make the cup spicy?

Not at all. At this amount, it brings a slight warmth and a gentle spicy note at the finish — a balance, not a burn.

Iced Is it good iced?

Yes, it’s one of its best uses: brewed strong, cooled, and poured over ice, the peach and grape flavors shine beautifully.

Sugar Should it be sweetened?

It doesn’t need it — apple and grape bring a natural sweetness. If you prefer it sweeter, a spoonful of acacia honey pairs perfectly.
