In a hot cup
4 g for 250 ml of water at 100°C, 8 to 10 minutes. The cup takes on a beautiful golden amber color. The scent upon opening the filter is immediate: lemongrass and ginger upfront, then rose in the background. Can be drunk plain or with a drizzle of honey.
Iced infusion
Double the dose (8 g / 250 ml), infuse for 10 minutes at 100°C, strain and let cool completely. Pour over ice with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh lemongrass if you have it. The cup becomes lively, refreshing, and slightly spicy — perfect in a carafe for a summer meal.
