CompositionThe balance of spices and technology

The architecture of this Chai relies on the complementarity between traditional spices, black tea, and a technical flavoring innovation.

Juicea innovation

Juicea granules contain encapsulated aromas. When in contact with hot water, they dissolve slowly, releasing cinnamon and ginger essences progressively and evenly. This avoids the "dusty" or sharp effect of some poorly dosed spices.

The aromatic bouquet

The black tea base provides strength and amber color. Cinnamon brings a sweet warmth, cardamom offers a lemony freshness, and ginger adds a lively touch at the finish, structured by clove.

Know-howMy selection for a comforting Chai

I selected this composition to offer a chai experience that compromises neither on the strength of the spices nor on the smoothness of the liquor in the mouth.

TipsMy extraction protocol

Reference preparation

Extracting the spices and black tea requires very hot water. Use 2.5 grams of blend for 250 ml of water at 95°C. Brew for 4 minutes to get a beautiful amber color and allow the granules to dissolve completely.

Gourmet Variations

  • The true Chai Latte: Brew strongly (5g in half a glass of boiling water for 5 minutes). Complete with hot, frothed milk (cow’s milk or oat plant-based drink).
  • Smoother infusion: If the strength of the spices bothers you, do not reduce the brewing time (the tea would be weak), but reduce the leaf amount to 2 grams per cup.
The art of sharing: Pair this Chai Juice with cinnamon biscuits or speculoos. The warmth of the spices creates an instantly welcoming atmosphere for your guests.
FAQFrequently Asked Questions
Technology What is Juicea technology?

These are aromatic granules encapsulated to dissolve slowly in hot water. They allow a gradual and consistent release of flavors (here cinnamon and ginger), ensuring a balanced taste with every sip.

Strength Is this Chai very spicy?

The kick of ginger and clove is present, but the blend is designed to be smooth. The warmth of the spices is supported without being harsh or overly sharp on the palate.

Recipe How to prepare it Chai Latte style?

Brew the tea strongly (5 minutes at 95°C in very little water), then add a large amount of hot, frothed animal or plant-based milk (ideally oat). The structure of black tea will hold up very well with the fat content.

Sleep Can this tea be drunk in the evening?

It contains a moderate amount of caffeine (about 45 mg). For complete relaxation before bedtime, it is best to avoid it due to its stimulating effect, caused both by the black tea and the warmth of the ginger.
